Footcandy policies
back orders and out of stock: Footcandy cannot always
guarantee availability of all products. if you order something that is back ordered
or not available out of stock, we'll email you and let you know.
return/exchange policy: we will be happy to make an
exchange or credit your credit card account for any items from Footcandy
that you are not completely happy with. the item(s)
MUST be returned to Footcandy within 14 days of the
shipping date in unworn and perfect condition including original
packaging. please note that customized items and items from
our overstock sale are purchased with an "absolutely no
return" policy and will not be accepted without prior
customer service approval. items which are received after 14
days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. ship prepaid and
insured with the package securely wrapped (we recommend using
FedEx or UPS). shipping and handling on returned
merchandise is non-refundable.
we will only refund shipping and handling charges if we've sent
the wrong item or if the item sent is defective. we promptly
credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items.

shipped from outside the United States.
payment methods: in the United States we accept: personal
check, money order in US funds, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. please
print a copy of your filled candy bag and enclose it with
payment. orders will not ship until payment has been received
and cleared the bank.
shipping: it's easy - simply, fill your online order and
pay by credit card. in stock orders usually ship within 2-7
business days. see item pages for more approximate ship dates.
shipping times and prices listed below start when your
order ships, not when the order is placed. Click here

to track your package to your door. nail art and pedicure orders
under $50 will ship via USPS Priority Mail at a manually
adjusted cost of $5.95.

where we cannot ship: at this time, we
ship to limited locations outside of the united states. duties
and additional charges may apply to these orders and are the
responsibility of the customer. overseas
orders will have additional shipping costs. unfortunately, we cannot ship to p.o. boxes or military
addresses.
tax: state law requires us to collect sales tax from all
Minnesota residents.
credit card information: we do not charge your credit
card until your items ship. this includes backorders and special
order items.
order tracking: when you place an order at Footcandy,
you will receive an order confirmation via email within 24
hours. once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a
second confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
please keep this number accessible - you'll need it to track
your package.
privacy: Footcandy respects your privacy. we will never
sell, loan, rent, trade or give away your name, email, address
or phone number to anyone without your permission. ever. your
phone number is required only for package tracking purposes.
catalog: sorry, we do not produce a
print catalog at this time. the internet allows us to add items
and update our availability every day. make sure you check the
web site frequently!
service refusal rights: Footcandy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at
any time.
